Don’t wear the same shoes everyday.
It would be best if you didn’t wear the same shoes every day, giving your feet a break from any particular shoe and ‘fit’. It will also help to minimise the chance of getting a fungal infection by giving your shoes a chance to breath. Callus
These resemble corns, but more refer to the presence of dead skin on the heel of the foot (and can also be on the large toe or the ball). Although called a condition, it is more an obvious indicator of a problem such as the incorrect footwear. Callus form from excessive pressure in certain areas of the foot and using the right footwear or inserts and orthotics will ensure correct weight distribution along your foot, minimising any excessive pressure in any one spot.
